ORIGIN STORY

Bellatrix was born in 2023 when our founder purchased a polka dot hair clip from a flamenco market in Seville. This beloved clip  became her daily essential accessory.

After excessive ware, the clip finally fell apart and when a worthy replacement was impossible to find, she decided to make her own.

Making flower clips for friends as a creative side hustle soon blossomed into a business. 

Today Bellatrix is a brand that prioritises responsible craftsmanship while looking still fabulous. We aim to keep your cheveux looking chic, even on its most unruly days.
